MOSA's Board
About the Board:
MOSA's Board consists of a minimum of three persons, each member of the board is a general member. Which means participating in the weekly board meetings and discussing current MOSA initatives.
Board members can also assume a role, which they fulfill next to their duties as general board member.
Roles within the Board:
President:
The president of MOSA's board leads the (Board-)meetings and keeps an overview of and is the primary responsible for MOSA as an association.
Secretary:
The secretary of MOSA's board is responsible for administrative and clerical work such as: Taking meeting notes, Internal and external contact, Member administration and other similar tasks.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for the finances of MOSA, which means properly documenting, spending and managing the income of MOSA, as well as handeling taxes and internal financial matters.
Communications Director
This role concerns managing, creating and discussing internal and external communications to ensure clarity and effectiveness. The Communications Director also guides the Communications Workgroup, which design and create media for MOSA and it's platforms.
Head of the Scientific Bureau / Head of Research
The Head of the Scientific Bureau (often shortened to 'Research') is responsible for the gathering of information. Aswell as guiding the Research Workgroup. Which investigates current issues of students, the make-up of stakeholders and powerstructures and the theoretical background of these subjects.
