At MOSA we know that students represent the overwhelming majority within the institutions of higher education here in Maastricht, and yet we have only so little power over decisions made about us. Whether they be made at the European, National, Municipal or University level, policies which impact students are generally made without our consent. To counter this, there are not a thousand options which have stood the test of time, Students must unionise. Our strenghts is in our numbers and it is high time we defend our interests. We want to make a difference on a wide variety of topics:

• We believe that education is a fundamental right, not a privilege, and should therefore be available to all.
• We believe that students, like all humans, should be able to live their lives in a fulfilling way, no matter no matter their social background or disabilities.
• We believe that all humans deserve to live in a world free of sexual violence.
• We believe that the youth of the world must be left a world worth living in, not one devastated to its core by climate change.
